What payment methods do we accept?

We accept payment by cheque, cash, bankers draft, or bank transfer.

Do I get a guarantee?

Yes.  All of our PVCu products come with a 10 year guarantee against PVCu discolouration, and water ingress in double glazed units.  Hardware carries a 12 month guarantee.  Timber products usually carry a 30 year rot guarantee, terms and conditions apply.

Can I fit my own windows?

We are happy to provide a supply only service.  Please be aware you will need a FENSA certificate if you are fitting to a residential property, only available from a FENSA registered installer like ourselves.  Please check with us or your local building control before commencing any DIY !

Do I need planning permission for a Conservatory?

Depending on the size, location, and previous extensions of home you live usually not.  We can advise what is generally permitted, but it is your responsibility to ensure all relevent permissions are in place before commencement of works.

We have full computer aided design facilities, showing you the different styles and options that would suit your home.
